Her grandmother, Kunsang lost her husband and daughter. The only thing she got was the mother of Yangzom. A young Swiss man falls in love with the mother of Yangzom and they take both of them to Switzerland. Yangzom Brauen is the daughter of Martin Brauen and Sonam.
