It is incredibly predictable and had such a slow plot development. This novel shows the depths to which people’s lives can be broken when they have a very narcissistic family member. The plot is constructed well with much detail going back and forth over a couple decades. It is filled with jealousy, fear, failure and fractured relationships. The story presents two sisters in a not too happy family and how as adults they manage with issues of siblings. This is a story of sibling rivalry and revenge. This is an extremely well thought -out and executed story of family issues and secrets, jealousy, rage and split loyalties. We would highly recommend this novel to anyone who is interested in Mystery, Thriller, and Suspense.
