Noor born and raised in Moscow where her father was a Sufi preacher. Her father taught her bravery, honesty, and loyalty with the country. Noor was a bold, aggressive, and talented girl who knows how to manipulate others.

She joined the British Arm Forces during WWII. Just after few months, Noor was ready to deliver for her country. She was professional and thus she got the role of being a spy. Noor was ready to do any job that is given to her. She is one of those three women who are SOE awarded. She was capture by the German army and they kept her under high torture.
