Victor Mancini is studying in medical school but his life is different from other’s students. His mother is suffering from severe disease and he needs money for her treatment. He started work part-time in different stores but he did not get enough money from it. Victor is trying to manage different things at the same time in his life but unfortunately, the things are not working in his way.

One day, he gets a drop from medical school in his short attendance and things are even worse. Now, he needs three-thousand dollars in the single course of treatment for her mother. He loses all of his hope and courage to collect that money but then he fined an ingenious scam. Victor pretends to have choke while eating at the restaurant. The authorities think they are responsible for his condition and they give him money to take care of his health. He does choke scam in different hotels and restaurants, they are donating him money regularly and now he is in position to take care of his mother. Apart from a good son, he is a scammer and also sex addict.
