No one is safe in the town and the numbers of innocent people killed every day. Nazi forces are cruel and now they are demanding the food from the town after occupying. Ezra is a young woman and they hire Ezra to cook food for them. One day, she did not cook and then the people of the town have not seen her again. They heard about Emma and now it’s her duty to supply the bread. Declining their orders means the death penalty and Emma has no idea. The bread she used to share with the people of the village and now she will serve their enemies.
