While coming back after giving interview Mark had a terrible car accident on a remote Nebraska road at the winter night. Karin is the older sister of Mark and she is a brilliant surgeon. She is there for her brother and travels from far away to cure her brother. Mark is in coma and he needs prayer more than cure. Karin did the fabulous job and finally, Mark comes out of a coma. Mark is tensed and he is taking on his own sister. He thinks that Karin is not his sister and she is using that face. Nobody knows what Mark is talking about but he is serious.
