In this book, Sidney describes a story of an American naval officer Commander who was mysteriously recruited in the NSA to inspect a balloon crash accident in the Swiss Alps where it said that there were seven witnesses. He was tasked to search for the said witnesses and report it to the authorities immediately. The book is divided into two parts, One with Bellamy tracking down each of the passengers.

The other part deals with unrevealing of the mystery and Bellamy crossing entire Europe & more, that carries the reader to Washington, Zurich, Bern, Geneva, London, Munich, Rome, Brussels, Ottawa, Kiev, Bucharest, Naples, and other interesting places.It really feels like a luxury tour of the Europe. The book exposes the failure of the military and other governmental organisations to tell the truth about certain events that they would prefer not to explain. In the end, this is an amazing book about a commander who named Robert Bellamy given a job to find out the eyewitnesses of an event occurred at Uetendorf, Switzerland and how he also became a part of it.
